About Us 2

     We got involved with Registered Pygmy Goats four years ago. Teasha Lee of West Sun Pygmies helped get us started. She sold us our first Papered Pygmy, now we are hooked. This is a hobby that our whole family completely loves. We all pitch in on the work and the play. I never thought that Goats could be so much fun.

     We started out with about five Registered Does and one Buck. That wasn't nearly enough, so we started collecting more. At this time we have over 30 Does and several Bucks. And I am sure we will keep getting more and more.

     This last year we have started to win in the show ring, it has been a lot of fun. In 2009 we were able to go to several new shows in several different states including Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Clorado and New Mexico. Every time we go to a new show, we learn something new. But the best thing about going to Pygmy Goat Shows is spending time with old friends, and making new ones.

     Getting into Registered Pygmy Goats is one of the best things our family has ever done. Not only are they so much fun, but it gives our family something to do together. If you own Pygmy Goats you know what I am talking about, and if you don't, you don't know what you are missing.
